Abstract

The author reflects about the relevance of media education for nowadays citizens. He thinks that Primary and Secondary school have to be the place for that relevant education, trying to make the youngters creative receivers of the media. From this point of view, the paper goes on making a revision of the instruments developed by the CNICE in order to make it possible.
