摘要

处于弱势对于具体的人类群体而言意味着,尽管他们知道周遭的数码世界发生着什么,他们被其自身的社会文化条件间离,在某种意义上讲,他们无法实现自己的信息权利。本文目的在于分析以增强弱势群体权益为目的的批判、媒体和数码文化。我们对此文化的系统性回顾(定性定量综合分析)涵盖1996年 – 2016年的时间段,开始了202个文档工作,其中117个符合收录条件(105个调查纪录片和12个定性研究)。研究结果揭示,男孩、青少年和成人一直因这一文化而受益并得以增权,他们很多人教育水平低,处于不利的经济状况,或在社会文化生活中受到疏离或排挤。媒体和数码培训的非正规空间盛行,同样盛行的是进行概念重建的反思,即对弱势群体不受益的原因的反思,比如在社会和个人范畴内增权的影响,和对那些对为民增权的负有责任对人在教育与通讯上意味着什么。结论是,只要无知就会处于弱势,要通过教育他们读和写来增强他们的公民生活。
