摘要

理解预测青少年过度使用社交网络的因子能帮助预防成瘾性行为、孤独症和网络霸凌。我们研究的主要目的在于确定过度使用SNSS的青少年的心理学及社会学档案。参与人员包括1,102名年龄在11~18岁之间来自西班牙赫罗纳的青少年。我们把过度使用社交网络的划为同组,研究他们的品性和社会档案,前者使用NEO FFI,NEO PI-R和自我概念AF5,而后者则通过使用社会支持鉴定,在家ICT使用自我归类,和ICT家庭使用规矩等来进行。过度使用率高达12.8%,女孩儿中更高。品性档案根据神经过敏性,冲动性,和较低的家庭、学校及情绪自我控制度来描述。而社会档案则根据母亲,兄弟姊妹和规则缺乏等来对ICT的高消费认知进行定义。保护性的因子有责任心,规则的存在,以及是男孩;危险性因子有把使用SNSS当作消遣或图好玩儿,和意识到兄弟姊妹对ICT的高消费。为了防止更严重的心理问题,我们提倡在家庭环境中根据性别进行介入和努力实现对ICT的负责任的使用。
