Резюме

В этой статье представлена модель общей линейной регрессии для прогнозирования благосостояния при использовании "умных" экранов среди детей и молодежи в Испании с использованием базы микроданных для 23 860 национальных репрезентативных домохозяйств и примерно 6 106 сожительствующих несовершеннолетних в возрасте до 15 лет. Всемирная организация здравоохранения активно рекомендует детям и подросткам проводить меньше часов перед "умными" экранами и поощряет их замену более активными и физическими играми, сопровождающимися прямой социализацией. Основной целью нашего исследования является изучение влияния использования этих устройств на психическое и физическое самочувствие, модели сна и возможные объяснительные эффекты. Для проведения анализа, мы сравнили предложенное моделирование с микроданными, представленными в варианте Национального обследования в области здравоохранения в Испании в 2017 году. Мы провели серию моделей регрессии обычных наименьших квадратов, получив существенную информацию об эффектах и вместе с ней о рисках, которые может нанести чрезмерное использование этих устройств детьми и подросткам в Испании. В качестве основного результата, мы сверили данные с моделью, что люди, которые используют эти устройства более интенсивно, подвергаются большему риску возникновения проблем с психическим здоровьем, значительно сокращают часы сна и с большей вероятностью страдают от физических проблем со здоровьем, таких как ожирение.
