摘要

仇恨言论俨然成为一个主要的问题，尤其是在政治环境中，它会引发两极分化和社会冲突。尽管情绪对该问题的影响至关重要，但没有在实验室进行的试验性研究使用生物特征来记录分析仇恨言论的作用机制，以评估由这些言论引起的隐性负面情绪。本研究的目的是在大学生样本中调查消息来源和受众的意识形态（进步与保守），以及信息类型（仇恨与非仇恨）对认知（对信息和来源真实性的感知）和负面情绪之间的相互作用（生物特征和自我报告）。我们通过记录心率变异性和皮肤电反应来评估生物特征情绪。结果强调了评估隐性生物特征反应的重要性，这些反应揭示了用其他方法无法访问的数据：保守派在他们的生物特征记录中比在自我报告的记录中表现出更多的情绪。通过这些措施，也可以在两个受众中检测到仇恨脱敏效应。从自我报告中我们发现，只有当言论来源与他们的意识形态相反时，才会在进步的受众中才察觉到更多的负面情绪；另一方面，保守派在所有情况下都表现出较少的负面情绪。这些结果被认为是规范下的压力和内部群体从众偏差的结果。
