Abstract

Mass media society is generating a new kind of social exclusion that affect young and marginal people. The author of this paper reflects and makes a proposal about how to work from a social and cultural perspective with the new technology and with those who don’t respect the law, so that they con develop communicative and expressive skills that make their later insertion social easier.
