Abstract
The common point of the state policies has been the almost total absence of training components and updating on media education. In Mexico, with the exception of design and communication areas, none of the professional careers teaches the media languages, not even to future teachers, who should have a serious training in this subject. Although many interesting experiences have taken place, a global vision that integrates time, efforts and resources has not existed.
