摘要

本论文提出了一个探索性研究,以调查优秀小学教师在其职业发展中教学ICT集成上的实践,把它作为一种手段来理解他们的学习生态是如何发展和起作用的。我们研究范畴中的优秀教师是指那些在教学方法上创新并在社区中有着影响力、成功开发出他们的教学生态的人。我们使用了定性式方法,把学习生态作为教师职业发展中的创新动力来探索其概念,我们使用的是仔细选出的9位优秀教师的样本。我们从深度访谈、特定编码和NVIVO分析中得出结论:这些教师开发出组织化的系统,用于活动,关系和资源使用与产出,并不断保持更新,这些都可以典型化为他们职业教学生态的组成部分。
