Резюме

Феминистические движения Me Too и Time's Up продемонстрировали силу аудиовизуальной индустрии и социальных сетей для разоблачения сексуальных домогательств и содействия гендерному равенству. Однако женщины в средствах массовой информации - и особенно на телевидении - по-прежнему недостаточно представлены и стереотипны. Поэтому, как указывает Time's Up, необходимо срочно увеличить присутствие женщин перед камерами и за ними, а также интегрировать влияние социальных движений в постановки, чтобы расширить архетипичные модели, используемые в дизайне/анализе персонажей. Несмотря на повествовательные преимущества архетипов, в их основе лежат патриархальные и этноцентрические мифы, которые недооценивают женское многообразие. В ответ на это, данное исследование изучает переход феминистических движений к женскому присутствию и представительству в сериалах, транслируемых в эпоху Peak TV. На основе межсекционного подхода выявлены 25 феминистских серий на Netflix и HBO и представлена передовая практика построения женского характера, полезная для совместного обучения и развития эгалитарных взглядов в молодежной среде. Они расширяются на типичные архетипы (т.е. знающие, заботливые, вздорные, конфликтные, обычные женщины) и бросают вызов стереотипам. Мы делаем вывод о феминистской тенденции в контенте, транслируемом на streaming платформах, особенно в сериях с высоким присутствием женщин перед камерами (многие из которых связаны с феминистическими движениями), что проливает свет на более эгалитарный и инклюзивный телевизионный пейзаж.
