Resumo

Este artigo apresenta os resultados de um estudo exploratório sobre como os professores de educação especial entendem que a contação digital de histórias baseada em oficinas melhoraria o desenvolvimento profissional em relação à educação inclusiva. O estudo avalia a usabilidade da plataforma Ecossistema Inteligente para Aprendizagem e Inclusão (Smart Ecosystem for Learning and Inclusion - SELI) para apoiar professores durante o processo de narrativa digital baseada em oficinas. Para esta análise, utilizamos uma abordagem de projeto de pesquisa de método misto paralelo convergente com 47 professores do ensino médio que trabalham com pessoas com deficiência na República Dominicana. Os resultados deste estudo indicaram que a plataforma de aprendizagem inteligente SELI demonstrou boa usabilidade para apoiar os professores durante o processo pedagógico de narrativa digital baseada em oficinas. Além disso, emergiram dois temas sobre como a contação digital de histórias baseada em oficinas pode contribuir para o desenvolvimento profissional de professores para promover a educação inclusiva. Os temas resultantes são expressão, escuta e aprendizagem por meio da narrativa digital; e impulsionando a mudança com narrativa digital para criar ambientes mais inclusivos. Os professores estavam otimistas com a implementação da contação digital de histórias. Além disso, os professores refletiram sobre o potencial impacto das narrativas digitais na inclusão em sala de aula como promotoras de mudanças, construindo aprendizagens significativas e promovendo práticas influentes.
