Резюме
В настоящее время в классах растет число школьников с диагнозом синдром дефицита внимания с гиперактивностью (СДВГ). Многочисленные исследования предлагают в качестве альтернативы медикаментозному лечению применение различных нейротехнологий в классе для улучшения симптоматики и когнитивных способностей школьников с этим диагнозом. Цель данного систематического обзора - собрать воедино существующие научные данные о применении этих технологий, а также об их внедрении в учебный процесс. Систематический обзор был проведен в соответствии с принятыми стандартами строгости (PRISMA), включая систематические обзоры на английском или испанском языках, опубликованные в научных журналах, в которых рассматривается СДВГ, применяются любые нейротехнологии, используемые в этой группе населения (нейрофидбэк, транскраниальная стимуляция tDCS или гиперсканирование), и которые ссылаются на обучение или школьные классы. Было отобрано 14 систематических обзоров, которые показали, что нейрофидбэк является наиболее широко используемой нейротехнологией, хотя ее фактическое применение в классе практически не рассматривалось или рассматривалось только с целью оценки ее эффективности. На втором месте по популярности находится tDCS, которая применяется в более клинических условиях, в то время как гиперсканирование не упоминается. Несмотря на многообещающие экспериментальные результаты, необходимы соответствующие экологические исследования, чтобы предложить эффективное внедрение этих технологий в школах; с другой стороны, приверженность нейрообразованию повлечет за собой появление новых профессиональных фигур.
