Abstract

The reflection on the possible effects that television violence may have on children watching it is a commonplace in scientific literacy about media education. The author of this paper analyzes some television programmes and comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to provide a critical vision about what television is and means in our societies avoiding prejudices or fears but with responsability and formation.
