Resumo
A tecnologia digital tem trazido características de conexão que restabelecem nossa compreensão de arquiteturas sociais. Sobre Inteligência Artificial (IA) e Big Data, o campo educativo reorganizou sua estrutura para considerar seus atores humanos e não-humanos e suas ações nas plataformas digitais. Neste cenário cada vez mais complexo, esta proposta tem como objetivo apresentar definições e debates sobre IA e Big Data de natureza acadêmica ou publicados por organizações internacionais. O estudo de IA e Big Data pode ir além da busca de poder computacional/lógico e entrar em áreas menos difíceis (e talvez mais complexas) do campo científico para responder aos seus impactos sociais na educação. Esta pesquisa sugere uma análise da educação através das habilidades do século XXI e dos impactos do desenvolvimento de IA na era das plataformas, passando por três eixos de grupos metodológicos: pesquisa, aplicação e avaliação. Para realizar a pesquisa, confiamos em revisões sistemáticas, pesquisas bibliográficas e análise de qualidade de estudos de casos para compor um documento de forma que lance luz sobre como funciona a IA e a Big Data e em que nível podem ser aplicadas no campo da educação. Nosso objetivo é oferecer uma análise triangular sob um enfoque multimodal para compreender melhor a interface entre a educação e as novas perspectivas tecnológicas.
